	Gems and Jewellery Training and Manufacturing Centre - Peshawar

Message from The Principal:

We have entered into the new era of technological advancement, motivated to enhance our skills and capacity in Gems and Jewellery industry of Pakistan.

We see our mission as "Education for Life" and we believe that we assist students to progressively accept more responsibility for self-discipline, to develop self respect, to contribute to the community, to develop a love of learning and to strive for excellence.

GJTMC Peshawar has been established in January 2011, well equipped with latest equipment, machinery and qualified staff.

At the start of this new milestone the GJTMC (Peshawar) is aiming to run multiple training courses to train students in the art of Stone Carving, Stone Faceting, Gems Identi fication, Jewellery Designing and CAD / CAM.

The institute is also engaged in supporting the students to refine the necessary skills, attitudes and the aptitude towards the corporate placement process in the institute by the way of group interaction exercises. We are committed that we will provide highly skilled individuals to the Gems and Jewellery sector of Pakistan through our different training courses.

Infrastructure:

GJTMC Peshawar is located in the famous business and shopping area of Sadder. It is housed in five floors building. There are separate sections for Stone Cutting, Stone Carving, Stone Faceting, Gemstone Identification and Manual and CAD Jewellery Designing.

Training Courses:

We are offering 08 training programs at GJTMC, Peshawar. The courses are run by a faculty of highly qualified and dedicated instructors.

Future Plans:

We are committed that we will keep an eye on Gems & Jewellery markets of Pakistan and reform & develop further advance courses based on market needs for the uplift of Gems and Jewellery sector in Pakistan.

Commercial Use of the Heavy and Advance Lapidary Machineries: we have planed in near future to commercially utilize these all lapidary machinery mostly imported from Japan & Germany to increase the productivity growth of the semi- precious local stones. Our main endeavor is to provide best quality & high quantities production under suitable and congenial environment.


	CENTER LESS GRINDING MACHINE To make uniform stones bars from Glass and stones.

	ROUND BEAD LAPPING MACHINE Round beads in different size can be made from round beads lapping.

	VIBRASONIC TUMBLER To grind, sand and polish stone beads cabochon with the help of different mash powders..

	BARREL FINISHING MACHINE To grind, sand and polished the stone, beads, cabochon of uniform hardness by rotation.

	ULTRASONIC DRILLING MACHINE To drill the beads and all other stones with abrasives.

	SLAB SAW MACHINE Rough big stones approximately 8' can be cut in equal size slabs for further cutting in beads and cabochon .

	CABOCHON GRINDING MACHINE The cabochon of different size in mass productions and in one size can be made by this machine.
