Jewellery Trade & Collections Dubai (November 11 – 15, 2008).

November 17 2008: Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company (PGJDC) participated in Jewellery Trade & Collections Dubai held from November 11 – 15, 2008. The Company set up Pakistani Pavilion in the said Show. 16 Gems & Jewellery exhibitors from all over Pakistan had participated in the show and exhibited at specially constructed Pakistan pavilion under the brand name “Gems & Jewellery Pakistan”. Jewellery Trade & Collections Dubai has been organized in Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

PGJDC participated in the said exhibition last year as well and organized a Pakistan pavilion. This year PGJDC took 16 exhibitors from the gems and jewellery sector of Pakistan to this prestigious event. Exhibitors from Pakistan maintained the business relations built last year and exhibited wide range of Pakistani jewellery and precious and semi-precious gemstones.

A second consecutive visit to Jewellery Trade & Collections Dubai will help the gems and jewellery sector of Pakistan to better understand the jewellery and gemstone market of UAE and subsequently tailor the Pakistani products according to the standards of international market.

In order to promote the different products of the Gems & Jewellery sector Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company participates in different international Jewellery Exhibitions where Pakistani companies are not only getting export orders but also learning about the latest trends in jewellery designs as well as the requirements of international markets.
