PGJDC Organizes 3rd Gem Bazaar at Gem Exchange Namak Mandi Peshawar - 09 November 2008

November 9, 2008: Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development company (PGJDC) organized the 3rd GEM BAZAAR at its Gem Exchange, Namak Mandi, Peshawar on Sunday 9th November 2008.

The 3rd GEM BAZAAR was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Azmat Hayat Khan, Vice Chancellor, University of Peshawar.

Prof. Dr. Azmat Hayat Khan said, “Event like GEM BAZAARS organized by the PGJDC is really a great step towards building trade and confidence in the gemstone sector of Pakistan. I congratulate PGJDC for its unmatched efforts that it is making in developing the gemstone sector of Pakistan.” He further added, “Pakistan can millions of dollars by exporting precious gemstones after value addition.”

A variety of gemstones and mineral specimen are displayed under one roof, where interested buyers have maximum exposure to a wide range of quality display.

Mr. Fawad H. Khan, CEO, PGJDC said “ We organize GEM BAZAAR in a very professional manner, ensuring high security, transparency and convenience in trading. The Gem Bazaar is an ongoing feature contributing immensely to the continuous efforts that PGJDC is putting in for the development of Gems & Jewellery industry of Pakistan.”
