PGJDC organized a training program on Gem Identification and Grading at Peshawar.

Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company (PGJDC) arranged a training course on Gemstone Identification and Grading at the Gem Exchange, Namak Mandi, Peshawar.

Gemstone Identification and Grading course started from 4th January 2010 and continued till 16th January 2010. Twelve participants from the Gems & Jewellery industry of Pakistan were trained through this training course.

Gemstone Identification and Grading course helped the gemstone dealers in evaluating precious/semi-precious gemstones. The availability of Gemstone Identification Lab will help the participants to gain firsthand knowledge regarding the latest equipment.
